What we need to quote this scope
- The maker's plate on the steering gear, gearbox or thruster — type and serial
- Shaft diameter and seal size, from the drawing or measured at the gland
- Whether the item is class-surveyed, so we quote it with the certificate you need
- The vessel's IMO number, which often lets us trace the original supply record
