How fast can you quote a marine spare part?

Requisitions are picked up by a named purchaser and we aim to return options and lead times the same working day. Lead time itself depends on the manufacturer and the supply route, so we confirm it on the quote rather than estimate it in advance.

Do you supply genuine or aftermarket marine parts?

Accepted Answer

Both. We quote new genuine, new replacement or OEM, tested aftermarket and reconditioned side by side wherever a credible alternative exists, with country of origin and warranty stated on each line.

Question 3

Can you source obsolete or discontinued marine equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We source discontinued parts through residual OEM and distributor stock, decommissioned vessels, reverse engineering to the original drawing, and reconditioning. Send a nameplate photo if you have no part number.

Question 4

What do you need to identify a part if I do not have the part number?

Accepted Answer

A photo of the machinery nameplate is usually enough. Photos of the failed part with a tape measure in frame, key dimensions, and the vessel name or IMO number all help our purchasers confirm the correct item.

Which ports do you deliver marine spares to?

We deliver door-to-deck across the US Gulf and East Coast, Canada, Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Brazil and Argentina, with onward delivery to Europe and Asia where the fleet requires it.
