What we need to quote a valve
- Nominal size and pressure class — DN and PN, or inches and ANSI rating
- The service: sea water, fresh water, fuel, lube oil, steam, cargo or air
- End connection — flanged, wafer, threaded or welded
- Body and trim material, where the specification or class calls for it
- A photo of the body casting and any tag, if the valve is already fitted
