What we need to identify the part
- The number stamped on the bearing, coupling or element itself
- Bore, outside diameter and width, where the marking has worn away
- What the item drives or seals, and the machinery it belongs to
- A photo with a rule or caliper in frame — dimensions settle most component enquiries
